HideCue Refund Policy
1. Trial Policy
We strongly encourage all users to take full advantage of our 7-day free trial to thoroughly evaluate whether HideCue meets your needs before purchasing. During the trial, all Pro features are available without restriction.
2. Refund Policy
Because HideCue is a digital software product and we provide a full-featured free trial prior to purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued after purchase.
3. Exceptions
We may consider refunds only in the following rare circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times due to a technical error;
- You never successfully activated or used the software and contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Refund requests due to change of mind, failure to read the feature description, or expiration of the trial period will not be accepted.
